To receive a full refund, cancellations must be requested within 72 hours of the scheduled service date.
If these requirements are not met, store credit may be issued minus any preparation costs incurred by VIRASOAP or its staff.
To refund a purchase, please email your order number and request to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After receiving your request, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
