Refund Policy

If you would prefer to reschedule an appointment or change the service type, please call us at 208-425-SOAP or email us at support@virasoap.com.

CANCELLATIONS

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be requested within 3 business days of the scheduled service date.

If these requirements are not met, a cancellation fee may be charged up to the full cost of the visit and may include any preparation costs incurred by VIRASOAP or its staff.

REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, please email customer service at support@virasoap.com.

Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
