Brittany Manzek is a licensed registered nurse in Idaho with a strong foundation in both clinical care and nutritional science. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition with a minor in Chemistry, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Brittany spent nine years working as a Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nurse, where she developed a deep understanding of acute patient care, recovery, and the body’s response to stress and intervention. This experience shaped her appreciation for the body’s resilience and the importance of supporting healing at every level.
She is passionate about helping individuals understand how nutrients and environmental toxins influence biochemistry and overall well-being. Brittany’s approach combines clinical expertise with practical education. She believes that when patients understand how their bodies work, they are better equipped to make informed, lasting changes to support their health.
